Each group teaching the class will need to have a
1. Lesson Plan Outline
2. Day Corresponding to the day they are teaching (Ex. Strength day if on a Tuesday or Thursday)
3. Objective
4. Warm Up
5. Stretching
6. Main Lesson
7. Closure
